Steve Evans - Managing Director
Steve has worked in the IT industry for 20 years, working for many years with SCC, one of the UK's largest IT resellers. Having worked at board level with some of the UK's leading Finance companies and for 5 years with CSC, one of the worlds largest System Integration companies, helping to understand their issues and concerns has focused the strategy of Letrex.
Managing new teams and developing strategy has been Steve's main focus over the years, and taking new and innovative products to address business issues has been a strength.
Len Alleyne - Commercial Director
Len has over 17 years experience of Sales, Management and Marketing in the data storage marketplace. Len started selling storage devices in the Apple Market and in 1994 he joined Bell Micro Products (formerly Ideal Hardware), the UK's largest distributor of storage products. He enjoyed success in various sales roles before moving into Sales Management. In 2000 he won a £2.5million deal with Getronics. In 2002 he was Business Unit Manager for the Open Storage Vendors (OSV) which represented companies such as StorageTek and Brocade. In the first year Len increased revenues from £9million to £21million and managed corporate resellers such as Computacenter and SCC. Len joined Letrex in January 2006 as General Manager and was appointed a Director in April 2006.
David Conway - Technical Manager
Steve has worked in the IT industry for 20 years, working for many years with SCC, one of the UK's largest IT resellers. Len Alleyne - Commercial Director
Len has over 17 years experience of Sales, Management and Marketing in the data storage marketplace. David Conway - Technical Manager
David joined the IT industry in 1985 and has been involved in a wide range of technical roles including Systems Engineer, Network Consultant, AS400 programmer, Operations Manager, Project Manager, Database Manager, Helpdesk Manager and IT Manager. David joined Letrex Services in 2007 and heads up both the internal and external technical teams.
David Faulkner - Marketing Manager
David has been in the PC business longer than IBM, having joined one of the first Apple dealers in 1982. He held a number of Sales and Marketing positions with Granada, Businessland, Lantec and Elcom, before joining SCC in 1998. He worked with Steve as Customer Relationship Manager on SCC's largest account, worth £85million over 5 years, before semi-retiring in 2002. David is now responsible for Letrex's marketing activities and manages the Letrex Services and Softwareseller web sites.
