Environmental Policy
Letrex Services (A division of Letrex Holdings) recognises that its day-to-day business activities have both a positive and negative impact on the environment. Letrex as a fast growing organisation is fully committed to minimising the harmful effects of its actions and business activities wherever practicable.
Letrex is demonstrating its commitment through environmental initiatives.
As a result Letrex will:
- Comply with all relevant global environmental legislation and regulatory controls
- Use where practicable technology to reduce the movement of staff and our customers, these include and are not restricted to tele-commuting, video conferences, web-inars, and conference calls.
- Implement the tools and technologies we resell to reduce the power consumption of IT equipment.
- Identify environmental & social impacts and establish objectives and targets for improvement.
- Review, monitor and improve the Company's environmental performance against set targets.
- Audit the Company's activities against this policy to confirm environmental improvement.
- Communicate this policy and the Company environmental performance to customers and suppliers.
- Ensure all employees are made accountable for these policy goals through training and communication of environmental issues throughout the company
This policy will be reviewed on an annual basis to ensure its continuing effectiveness.
